All things I hear every day as a Menopause Coach and in talking to women. This one-to-one session will help you understand perimenopause and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. You’ll leave feeling better! You’ll have a greater understanding of peri/menopause, the symptoms and options for how you can manage symptoms. If you are finding work hard due to symptoms we can talk about that too.
